Rhombus.
Shuttle without Hustle..

About Europe Shuttle.

Europe Shuttle is an Estonian-based company that specializes in worldwide port and airport transfers. They have reached more than 1900 “experiences” on Viator, a world leader in distribution of tourist experiences and a TripAdvisor company. Europe Shuttle is now one of the main suppliers for Viator.

The Challenge.

Europe Shuttle was relying on a backoffice layer that rapidlly topped its potential and wasn’t able to scale with their vision, and extending it was not a cost-effective option, so they decided to completelly recreate their back office.

The Solution.

In order to provide to Europe Shuttle with the right strategy to their next giant step in their business, I ran a deep market and customer research to trace timeline of effective actions to help them reach their goals by renewing their backoffice with focus on usability, effectiveness, extensibility and world market reach and, in the process of doing so, Europe Shuttle decided to modernize their business model.

The Outcome.

Europe Shuttle is proud of the quality of their service so they completely revamped their backoffice and business model to match that excellence and Rhombus was the first step on their roadmap.

Rhombus is the core at Europe Shuttle operation and I help them to create a strategy that allowed them to settle the foundations of a long lasting and reliable platform that is not only used by them but also provided as a white labeled SaaS for reservation, dispatching and fleet management for transfer companies.

I also mentored their in-house team of developers and designers on the early stages of the development process, providing them with guidance in IT infrastructure, tech stack, UX and development.

The foundations I helped them to build have allowed them to seamlessly integrate 3rd party services and new features and products to the mix leveragin their potential and growth goals.

I created an identity for Rhombus, their new backoffice.
